Florence Erlanger gave an oral history interview for the Jewish History Project on January 11, 2001.

In addition to the oral history, Florence allowed the Mattatuck Museum to make digital copies of some of her families photographs, including one of her and her mother labelled "A chip off the old block." Other photographs include Erlanger's businesses in Waterbury, the Beth El choir, and the Waterbury Nursing School.
