One yellowed letter-sized sheet with typing on the front and empty on reverse.  Three hole punched on the left with the top hole ripped and folded.  The document notes the ownership of this place by Saffords until 1839 when it was sold to Henry Guile who operated a shingle mill, wagon shop and blacksmith shop.
