White muslin button-down blouse once belonging to Martha Hale Harts. The blouse features a folded collar and ruffles at the chest, both which are trimmed with floral picot edges. 5 clear plastic buttons close the garment down the front, as well as one on each of the short sleeves; at the bottom of the front is a single snap fastener. There is darting throughout the garment to create a form-fitting silhouette. Has minor staining, but is in otherwise excellent condition.
