Letter to Mayor R.J. Clark and others from P.T. Barnum dated from June 6, 1874. The letter thanks them for a dinner held in Bridgeport. Written on Waldemere stationary.

These manuscripts offer insight into his personal life via correspondence with friends and family, his business interests including the American Museum and the circus, and his personality.
