Carte de visite photographic portrait of a young boy identified by the imprint at the bottom front of the card as Master Tony Lowande (also spelled Toney, Lowando, Lewande).  He is standing on a cushion on the seat of a chair, and wearing a costume similar to that in MS-0027-605-001.  This costume consists of a close-fitting white shirt, tights and soft shoes, and a skirt-like garment decorated with polka-dotted and floral appliques and fringe around the hem.

The photographer is also identified at the bottom front as "[missing] Wilkes, Photo.  Baltimore."
