Genealogy - Partelo Family Genealogy Research Notes & Material

Material about the Partelo family of New England, compiled during an investigation into the family genealogy. The presence of letters addressed to Levere Allen of the WorldOver Press in Wilton, Connecticut, suggest he was carrying out the investigation. There are three types of documents:
  1. A series of pages with the header "S-Genealogy-Additions-Partelo" or "S-Genealogy-Additions" that includes handwritten notes, letters, and typed documents referencing data found on gravestones, land deeds, genealogies, and other sources. (Labeled "A")
  2. Newspaper clippings from unknown publications. One is a death note for Anna Vincent, sister to a Partelo man, and the other is a report on a surprise party held for George Partelo of a town named Ashaway. (Labeled "B")
  3. Notes on early American families (Partelo not included). These appear alphabetically. There is no clear relationship between the individuals covered. An anonymous photograph is attached to this document. (Labeled "C")
