Child's white cotton dress with empire waist. The sleeves and collar are trimmed with hand made scalloped lace. The skirt is trimmed with 35 rows of 1/4" tucks. Back closes with 3 white buttons. The inset lace work of bib is set in diagonal pattern in back and vertical in front.
