Cigar box with interior and exterior painted folk / outsider art images. Lid exterior / top red-white-blue horizontal stripes with green with yellow highlights spread-wing bird overpaint decoration. Front and left sides exterior painted green with red stars decoration. right side exterior panel green and red paint with red stars. rear panel exterior original cigar box paper having white horizontal rectangle middle bordered by small white diamond on gold-tone background. closure clasp lid front center at edge. interior / bottom surface lid painted image depicting cannon with wheel facing left on yellow background and brown-red-blue border. Box tray interior surface painted with stylized American flag; horizontal red and white stripes with upper left stars field blue with large white star surrounded by four small green-white stars.  Tray exterior / bottom undecorated; signed in handwritten script at right "The Beaver 1994"; City of Tampa, FL, black text stamped center and noting cigars.
