A framed light brown poster that lays out the constitution, by-laws, and purpose for the Sharon Protective Association, as well as listing the organizations members, officers, and trustees. The frame is 21 1/2" by 12 1/3", black, and slightly worn along the edges. The poster's lettering is in black with a Georgian font. There seven penciled-in arrows pointing towards names on the members list. Text in pencil at the bottom of the member list, but before the list of officers, is as follows: 69 - 7 left. A tear runs horizontally across the poster and there is a black/grey circular stain half way up the poster's right side. The reverse of the poster is covered brown paper and has a metal wire for hanging.
