Hand copy of deed from Darius Gray and ?? Wadhams to Enoch P. Peck and George W. Peck.  Dated Jan. 18, 1817.

Some names mentioned in deed as neighboring property owners:  Artemus Elderkins, David Downs, ? Fuller, David Gould, and Calvin Peck.

There is a note in deed that a "burying ground containing six hundred square feet is excluded from the sale."
