Located inside 2006.00.12 (Part of set of cobbler's tools) File. Triangular file with homemade square lightweight wooden handle. Handle is 1 1/4" tapering to 1" wide, 3 3/4" long. File is 3/3" tapering to a point and is 2 3/4" long.
