Account book of Abiel Brown for 1782. Covers 1782 to 1829. Leather cover, hand stitched. Most pages blank. On inside front cover he says "I begin To Dig the Ditch by the Side of the River on grants Land August the 19th 1796 - about 4 o'clock in the afternoon of Said Day". Record of days worked. 12.5" x 8 1/16"x 3/8". Possibly a blacksmith.
