Document Box, 1680-1710 attributed to Deacon John Moore Shop. The box has oak sides and the front is carved with foliated vines and tulips. The box has condition issues including a replaced top, bottom, possibly sanded/planed, refinished, replaced hardware, and a paper label taped to inside of lid. The paper label traces the family history of the box from the Moore-Brown family to Grace Episcopal Church.
