NATPE (National Association of Television Program Executives) pilot episode for the proposed series "Local Legends" filmed by professional film production company Harmony Gold from Los Angeles, CA. The videotape includes two short stories and runs 22:47 minutes. The first one features Windsor's legendary Amy Archer-Gilligan who lived on Prospect Street and ran an old age home. Many of the residents died under suspicious circumstances. The film is narrated in part by Robert Silliman; includes brief interviews with Windsor residents Jane Nearing, James Dillon, Lon and Howard Pelton; and depicts various locations around Windsor. The second story, "Lady in Black," examines a legend about a woman who lived at Fort Warren in Boston Harbor during the Revolutionary War.
