Oversized manuscript deed dated April 23, 1713 conveying property from the heirs of Thomas Burnham to the Town of Windsor. The land was located in present day South Windsor adjacent to land which Windsor had purchased from the Indians in 1636. Signed by William Burnham, Thomas Burnham, John Burnham, Richard Burnham, Samuell Burnham, and Matthew Allyn, Assistant 1 sheet 42.5 x 33 cm.
