This document is to Mr. Jasper Morgan on "H.A. Bidwell, Dr./ Dealer in/ Dry Goods, Groceries, Drugs, Crockery, Hardware, Boats and Shoes, and a General Variety of Staple Goods" letterhead. An ornate border surrounds "A Good Assortment of Fancy Goods and Notions. Particular Attention paid to Painting Materials of all Kinds" in the left upper corner. The front and back of the document are itemized. The back bottom register indicates Bidwell was paid on Jan. 11, 1870. There is also a 2 cent stamp on the bottom register. There are 4 horizontal creases and "12.50" penciled in the upper front right corner.
