Survey on laid paper showing the Dr. Hezekiah Chaffee house and property on Palisado Green (108 Palisado Avenue) by Joab Griswold dated October 20 1778. The house is depicted on the bottom left corner and does not include the house's back and side ells. A compass rose is located near the house. Property boundaries are outlined to the Meadow with corresponding text. Modern, (c. 1990) mounting on acid-free paper.
