Watercolor illustration of The Drake House. Label on the back reads, "Bicentennial Series #31 Location: 83 Hayden Station Road, Windsor, CT. Built by James Drake about 1750 - a saltbox Called the "Bessie Allen Fay Homestead". "Eyebrow" Porch built about 1850." Similar inscription on back.
Watercolor framed in a 3/8 inch aluminum frame, with a dusty yellow mat.
